Aaron Heller of 285 Aycrigg Avenue., senior- member of the law firm of Heller and Laiks, who died Friday at Passaic General Hospital. He was 66.
Mr. Heller, a recognized expert in certiorari, appellate, taxation, and construction work practice, was a graduate of the New York University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1924 and admitted as a counselor in 1928. He was licensed to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and by many federal agencies. He was a member of the American. New Jersey, and Passaic County Bar Associations, the B'nai B'rith, YMHA, Temple Emanuel, and many other charitable organizations. Surviving are his widow, Bessie E.; a son. Richard, an attorney, of Walnut Creek, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Norma Nagel of Clifton and Mrs. Judy Kalb of Maplewood; a sister, Mrs. Anna Lederman of Passaic, and eight grandchildren. Services will be at the Jewish Memorial Chapel. 65 Howe Ave. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rochelle Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
