Albert Benner
Graveside services for Albert M. Benner, 53, a native Topekan, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Hope Cemetery. He died Friday in St. Louis, where he had lived several years.
Born in Topeka Aug. 18, 1911, Mr. Benner was a small child when his parents moved to Salina. He was employed as a typesetter for the Marysville Advocate-Democrat for several years before moving to St. Louis.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mae Benner, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Schaad, St. Louis; and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Knight, 3519 Twilight Drive.
Ted Tibbitts Mortuary, Topeka, is in charge of local arrangements.
