Everett C. Withrow

Everett C. Withrow, 86, of 556 Hinsdale Road, Camillus, died Monday at Van Duyn Home and Hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Withrow was a longtime resident of the Camillus area. He retired as a millwright in 1968 after 20 years with Allied Chemical Corp. and previously was employed with Crucible Specialty Metals. He was a life member of the Sapphire Lodge Masonic Hall and was active in its card club. Mr. Withrow was an avid gardener and sports fan.
Surviving are his wife, the former Bessie G. McCarty, two sons, Richard M. of Camillus and Gordon J. of Syracuse, a daughter, June E. Elliott of Camillus, a sister Dorothy Dawson of Burbank, Calif., and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home, Camillus. The Rev. Daniel Age will officiate. Burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 10 Genesee St.
