Richard M.Withrow, 63, of 554 ½ Hinsdale Road, Camillus, died Thursday at Community-General Hospital. Born in Camillus, he was a life resident of the area. He retired in 1997 after 43 years with Crouse Hinds Co. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 43 and the Crouse Hinds Co. 25-Year Club. He was an Army veteran. Survivors: His wife, the former Geraldine Masucci; a daughter, Lynn McCabe of Liverpool; a sister, June Elliott of Camillus; a brother, Gordon J. of Syracuse; a granddaughter. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at B.L. Bush & Sons Funeral Home. Burial, Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus. Calling hours, 4 to7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 10 Genesee St., Camillus. Contributions: American Cancer Society, Onondaga County Unit, 7145 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool, 13088.
