A former resident of St. Jacobs district Amos M. Martin, passed away at his home 34 Bricker Ave, Waterloo, on Friday night in his 62nd year. He was born in Woolwich township and came to Waterloo eight years ago.
Surviving are his wife, one son, Clayton, four brothers, Emmanuel and Benjamin, Elmira, Tilman and Isaiah, Martin of St. Jacobs, three sisters, Mrs. Abraham Horst, Elmira, Mrs. J. Lichty, Floradale and Mrs. Samuel Bowman, St. Jacobs. Many friends attended the funeral on Monday which was held from the Letter Dreisinger funeral home to Martin's cemetery near Waterloo for interment. Rev. C. Sparks of Preston officiated.
