My 4th great-grandfather, Manning Baker,
was born about 1776 possibly in Calvert Co, MD. His parents have not been identified.

He married Rebecca Clare in St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church, Baltimore, Baltimore Co, MD, on 13 Sep 1796.They were married by Rev. Joseph G.J. Bend.

He was head of household and probably the male identified between the age of 16 & 25 listed in the 1800 Federal Census of All Saints Parish, Calvert Co, MD. His sons Nathaniel was born 5 Jan 1798 and Issac born about 1800 are not identified as being in the household so there may be an error by the enumerator.
