Elizabeth Charity Coe was the daughter of William C. and Elizabeth J. Kimes Coe.

Elizabeth married Jacob Henry Bullock on April 27, 1893. They had two daughters: Lola Pearl, born April 16, 1894, and Maude Irene, born May 2, 1896. Elizabeth's marriage date is confirmed by the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index and the childrens names and birthdates are from a reliable genealogy, "The Coe Families of Maryland and Virginia".

According to the above birth dates of the children, Elizabeth died when Lola Pearl was 3 years old and Maude 21 months old. There is a memorial in this cemetery for a child, M. E. Bullock who died August 24, 1897 but does not include a birth date. It is believed this may be Maude, as the burial plot is shared with Elizabeth and Maude is not found with her father and older sister on later census information. A link will be included for research purposes.

The 1900 Census shows a Jake H. with Lola P.(Age 6) in Cooper Township, Sangamon County, Illinois. Jake is shown as widowed and his birth date on the Census is shown as September, 1868. In 1910, the Census shows Jacob H. married to Nellie with Lola (Age 15) and two additional children, Helen (Age7) and Raymond (Age 4).
