The Oklahoman, Friday, February 20, 1948:
Mrs Elizabeth Forman, 75, of 1821 NW 39, died Thursday night in Capitol Hill Clinic. A native of Wright County, Missouri, she came to Red Rock at the age of 20. A resident of Oklahoma since 1921, she was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, John N. Forman, home address; two sons, Charles A. Spurlock, Tampa, FL, and Joe G. Spurlock, 1525 Linwood; a daughter, Mrs Nadine Willer, Chicago; two sisters, Mrs Edna Smith, Red Rock, and Mrs Maude Blanchard, Morrison; five brothers, George Dreisal, Portland, OR; Jim Dreisal, Jerome, Idaho; Julius, Frank and Claude Dreisal, all of Red Rock. Services will be announced by Hunter Funeral Home.

Services for Mrs John N. Forman, 75, of 1821 NW 39, who died Thursday in Capitol Hill Clinic, will be at 2 pm Saturday in Hunter Funeral chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill.
