Weston Claude CLAUSE was a son of Joseph Nicholls "Nichol" CLAUSE and Marie Cecile WEBRE.

Weston CLAUSE was very smart. He was attending school in Detroit, Michigan to learn radio where he developed Spinal Meningitis. He was only 19 years old when he died on June 14, 1929. (Michigan Death certificate number is 09111). His body was later shipped home in a glass coffin. He is entombed with his parents in Carencro, Louisiana.

Weston CLAUSE was the godfather of his niece, Ruby CLAUSE.

His brother, Nichols CLAUSE, Jr., is buried in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery in Groves, Jefferson County, TX.
