Staff Sergeant Scott Bradley Holden was born in Missouri on August 27, 1969. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in September of 1987 as an armor crewman, until 1992 when he reclassified as a Mental Health NCO. Scott was selected to become an instructor at the AMEDD Center at Fort Sam Houston. His most recent assignment was an unaccompanied tour to Camp Casey, Korea. His calm strength, reliability and compassion helped hundreds to become better parents, better spouses and better soldiers. Staff Sergeant Holden is survived by his wife, ...; mother, ...; two sons,...; daughter, ...; four sisters and one brother. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M., Friday, June 7, 2002 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 1:00 P.M., Saturday, June 8, 2002 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Major Phillip C. Connor officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eisenhower Bank on behalf of the Holden family.
