Bridget Maher -- Mrs. Bridget Mahar (sic), widow of John Maher and for more than 60 years a resident of Saginaw, died Monday evening at St. Joseph's hospital, Dearborn. She was born in Ballyvroge, County Wexford, Ireland, May 29, 1840 and come to this country at an early age. She was a member of St. Mary's church, St. Mary's Altar society and the L.C.B.A. She is survived by one son, James G. Maher, two grandchildren and two great-grand-children, all of Detroit. The funeral will take place from St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. Rev. Edward A. Caldwell will officiate and burial will be in Calvary.
