STAUNTON - Jo Anne (Campbell) Armstrong, of 1701 Springhill Road, Apt. G 21, died at 1:20 a.m. Saturday (May 10, 2003) at her residence. Mrs. Armstrong was born in Staunton on April 20,1943, to Lorine (Fitzgerald) Campbell Vanfossen and Ulysses Francis Campbell.
Survivors include her mother a son, B. Dwayne Armstrong of Waynesboro two daughters, Dawn A. Maddox and Dana A. Burns, all of Staunton and two brothers, Robert Campbell and Harold W. Campbell, all of Staunton.
A service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Henry Funeral Home with burial in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. There will be no public viewing. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Monday evening in the Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her brother and sister -in-law, Harold and Ada Campbell, 1807 N. Drive, Staunton.
