Ernest Alfred Bell, son of George and Phoebe Bell, was born in the town of Oxford, on July 16, 1902, and passed away at the General Hospital in Madison, August 27, 1937.

The life of the deceased for the most part was spent in the vicinity of his birth; he was preceded in death by his mother, who died in 1928; also two brothers and one sister.

He leaves to mourn his death, his father, George Bell, of Oxford; Martin and William Bell of Fox Lake; James, of Portage; Otto, of Montello; Fred, of Fort Atkinson, Mrs. Frank Brill, of Madison; Clarence, of Kenosha, Mrs. Roy Barton, of Endeavor, and Charles, of Beloit, and many other relatives.

A precious one from us has gone;
A voice we loved is still;
A place is vacant in our home which never can be filled.
