Living with them is their daughter, Mary A. Chamberlain, an Indian, age 2, born September 1897 in Indian Territory. The census shows that Fannie and Edward had been married for six years. Also living with them was a female cousin, Lou Durant, a school teacher, age 48, born December 1851, in Indian Territory.
Fannie died June 16, 1908, in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) and was buried there in Highland Cemetery. Fannie's daughter, went to live with Marion and Emma Stanford in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County). The 1910 Federal Census for Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) shows Mary, age 12, born in Oklahoma, living with Marion Stanford, a barber, age 26, born in Texas; and his wife, Emma, age 20, born in Texas. The census shows that the Stanfords had been married three years and had no children of their own.
