Mrs. Bridgett Dee Alcon, 36, of Lemming Dr., Concord, claimed victory over cancer with a new heavenly body on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at the Levine and Dixon Hospice House in Huntersville.
Funeral service will be at Cold Springs United Methodist Church on Saturday, August 27 at 1pm with visitation starting at Noon.
Also, the Alcon family will receive friends at Young Memorial Baptist Church on Hwy 49 following the graveside service.
Bridgett was born April 4, 1975 in Raleigh, NC. She was a loving and devoted mother of four. She will be forever remembered for her wit, her organizational skills, her beautiful voice, and her homemade cheesecake.
She is survived by her husband William "Andy" Alcon; children, Russell, Carly, Cole, and Makensie, all of the home; Mother, Carol McManaway; sister and best friend, Briana Bateman; brother, Brandon Wells; and maternal Grandmother, Lucille McManaway.
