Visitation from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, August 28, and services at 10 a.m., Monday, August 29 at Brantley Funeral Home. Burial in Memphis National Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommye Billings. She leaves one daughter, Pam Webb of Memphis, TN; one son, Thomas Billings of Millington, TN; sisters, Pat Tennant of Southaven, Juanita Carter of Hernando, Dottie Woodall of Dallas Ft. Worth, TX; brothers, Frank Holloway of San Diego, CA, Sanford Holloway of Dallas Ft. Worth, TX, James Holloway of Hernando; granddaughters, Rhonda and Samantha; and a grandson, Little Tom.
