They came to Wyoming in October, 1916, living on a homestead north of Douglas until the fall of 1926 at which time they moved into Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother Wesley, and a sister, Mary. Besides her children, she is survived by three brothers, Lee Fowler of Douglas; Eugene Fowler, Elroy, Arizona and Denis Fowler, Ocala, Florida; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
