SEBREE -- Judith Gayle Moore Lamb, 67, Sebree, died at 6:39 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

She previously worked at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Louis and Iantha Northern Moore.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Lamb of Sebree; three daughters, LeAnn Hammond of Dixon, Carolyn Ontman of Stigler, Okla., and Cheryl Higgins of Sebree; two sons, David Massey of Key Largo, Fla., and Trent Lamb of Evansville; two brothers, Charles "Steve" Moore of Evansville and Brian Moore of Wichita, Kan.; 18 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Brother James Young will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
