CONROY, Robert George, Jr. - At rest on October 12, 2003. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Alice; nephews, John and James Pappas, and Steve Drosos; nieces, Penelope Wasley, Annette Chiappari; and numerous other great nieces and nephews. Robert was born to the late Robert and Marian Conroy on November 2, 1913 also preceded in death by his brother, William. Robert was the owner/proprietor of Bob's Post Cleaners and Turf Club Bar, both in SF. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Wednesday 1:00 PM at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Committal Services to follow at Greek Orthodox Memorial Park. Memorial donations in his name may be made to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 1955 Kirker Pass Rd., Concord, CA 94521.

Mary Ellen Simpson and Robert George Conroy had two son's together: Michael Dana Simpson Pilkington & Gregory Alexander Conroy Pilkington. After Mary Ellen remarried husband; Jack Pilkington, adopted the two boys.
