Ada was the wife of Isaac Nolt Martin. She was the 5th generation of Martin wives to begin housekeeping in the Spring Isaac Martin farm. She was a devoted housekeeper and made butter to sell which she kept cool in the springhouse. Her husband Isaac died of a heart attack when she was in the hospital for surgery. 6 years after her first husband died she Married David S. Seibel. David died less than 2 years later in 1961. Ada then built a new house in the corner of the Martin farmstead near to where an old tenant house was located. She remained a widow for almost forty more years until she died in her 97th year.
