Diannah (Patterson) Lewis is the daughter of John Patterson (1791 Ireland - 1829 AL) and Jane (MNU) Patterson (Born 1791 TN). She was the sister of:

Diannah Patterson married Leonard L. "Len" Lewis on Feb. 10, 1842 in Marshall Co. AL and they had six children together by their marriage:

Melvina "Vina" "Vine" "Mattie" (Lewis) Lewis Davis Stormes (Sept. 1850 AL - Bet. 1911-1923), she married first to William Edward Lewis on 21-26 June 1870 in Marion County, Alabama, she married second to Timothy Thomas "Tom" Davis on March 06, 1873 in Marshall Co., AL; she married third to Mr. Stormes.

(5.) Margaret Catherine (Lewis) Davis (28 Jan 1853 AL - 16 May 1917 Texas), she married Joseph "Joe" Montgomery Davis on August 17, 1875 in Marshall Co., AL.

(6.) Sarah F. Lewis (1857 AL), she died, a young girl, before 1870 in Marshall County, Alabama.
