She was born Nov. 21, 1930, in Crown City, daughter to the late Emmett and Goldia Mooney Waugh.
She was a retired cashier from Kroger after 35 years ofv service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Greely H. Neal, in 2006; one daughter, Connie Lue Neal; and brothers, Otis and Wilber Waugh.
She is survived by sons, Greely Neal Jr. of Mechanicsburg, Ohio, and Richard (Sandy) Neal of Gallipolis; daughters, Linda (Ronald) Crawford of Vinton, and Teresa Robinson of Marysville; sisters, Luella Sheets of Gallipolis, and Betty (Norman) Parsons of Crown City; brother, Gerald Waugh of Columbus; and six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 12, 2008, at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va., with Pastor Gary Warner officiating. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens at Gallipolis. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m.Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
