Mr. Fisher was born in Hickman, Ky. and had lived in the Cooter area for about 25 years. He was a Methodist and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Agnes Fisher of Cooter; three sons, Charles of Blytheville, R.L. of Steele and Leroy Fisher of Owosso, Mich.; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Caldwell of Luxora, Ark.; and Mrs. T.B. Taylor of Wynne, Ark.; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
