Mrs. Sophia Waishkey, 71, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ben Sebastian, at Payment, Michigan, Mon., Feb. 8, 1937 at 4:55 a.m. of complications incident to old age.
Mrs. Waishkey was born in West Bay, Manitoulin Island, Ontario and came to Chippewa Co. 35 years ago. Surviving is one daughter, Agnes, and five grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church where funeral services will be held Thurs. morning and burial will be in Payment Cemetery.
