Services for Mrs Grace Maud Peter, 88, of 732 NW 21, who died Thursday, will be at 2 pm Saturday in the Garrison Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs Peter, a native of Iuka, IL, had lived here since 1922. For 16 years, she and her husband, the late Jess Peter, traveled throughout the state with Council of Christ Education group, an interdenominational religious organization. She was a member of First Methodist Church and of the PEO.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Maurine Sayre, 728 NW 21; a son, Dr Morris Peter, 2625 NW 49; and a brother, E. C. Smith, Wichita.
