William, age 48, passed away at his rural Topeka home. He was the son of William L. and Linda S. (Ungeheuer) Raine. He graduated from Rossville High School in 1980 and owned Raine Concrete Construction for many years. He married Dana Collins on June 19, 1993, at the Stone Church in Maple Hill. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan William Herrin, on April 2, 2011. Survivors include his wife, his children, Levi Raine and Erica Herrin, his parents, and his brother, Troy Raine. Graveside services were held at Maple Hill Cemetery.
