Sharon was born to Warren and Mary (Miller) Edds. She married LeRoy Burr on Nov. 6, 1955, in Corinth, Miss. He died May 31, 1991, in Peoria.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Lloyd McGownd.
Surviving are her children, Michael (Sandy) Burr, Richard "Rick" (Dara Noll) Burr and Robert (Sherrill) Burr; one sister, Pat (Joe) Ortega; one brother, Butch (Vicky) McGownd; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Sharon was the owner and operator of Garden Street Coffee Shop and Garden Gat Tap.
She also was a member of Hiram Walker Rod and Gun Club.
