Mrs. Evans was born in Hermann, Missouri on February 1, 1938, the daughter of the late Henry C. and Rose Marie (Brautigam) Bock.
She was the widow of Jesse R. Evans. They were married June 15, 1958 at Swiss, MO. He preceded her in death on March 27, 1999.
Frances is survived by a son Tracy Evans & wife Melissa of New Haven, two grandchildren Mercedes L. Cawley & Jesse R. Evans both of New Haven, and a nephew Ryan Bock & wife Peggy of Mechancisville, Iowa. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother Wayne Bock.
She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, New Haven, Missouri. She worked for Hawthorn Manufacturing in New Haven for many years and also at Hazel Manufacturing in Washington.
Funeral Services were held at Friendship Baptist Church, New Haven, Missouri on Monday, August 15th, with Rev. Elvis Lee officiating.
Burial was at Swiss Evangelical Reformed Cemetery, Swiss, Missouri.
