Terry V. Fox, 53, died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Harry Hynes Hospice-St. Francis in Wichita. He was born Nov. 11, 1957, in Larned, the son of Melvin and Barbara Hammond Fox. He was a crop production manager at Cairo Co-op.
On Sept. 26, 1981, he married Martina New at Pratt. She survives.
Other survivors include his parents, Melvin and Barbara Fox, Wilson; a son, Brooks Fox, Atlantic City, N.J.; two daughters, Brandy Fox, Pratt, and Brittany (Robert) Daugherty, Bremeton, Wash.; five brothers, Rocky (Linda) Fox, Pratt, Roger (Debbie) Fox, Offerle, Calvin (Bonnie) Fox, Hoisington, Matt (Kim) Fox, Hays, and Gary (Darla) Fox, Kinsley; two sisters, Beverly (Mike) Wesley, Sun City, and Judy (Ray) McCord, Nevada; and two grandchildren, McKenna and Jamison Daughtery.
He was preceded in death by a brother Larry Fox.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Larrison Mortuary 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 15 at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Dallas Hull officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt.
