DEATH OF MISS ALLBRIGHT

Miss Shaddy Allbright, age 74, died at her home in Raccoon township, early last Friday morning after a long illness.

She was a member of the Friendly Grove Baptist Church, Daughters of the Rebekah and Pythian Sister lodge of Rosedale. She is survived by four sisters and three brothers -- Mrs. John B. Hartman, Mrs. O. M. Callis, John Allbright of Raccoon township, Mrs. John Yowell, Mrs. W. D. Adams, Henry Allbright of Rosedale and Thomas Allbright of Brazil.

The funeral was held at the Friendly Grove church, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Carl Patten of Farmersburg officiating. A quartet, composed of Mrs. Hickman, Mr. and Mrs. James Roberts and George Lee, Mrs. Ray Hookey accompanying on the piano, sang, "Face to Face," "Some Day You'll Understand" and "It is Well." The nephews who were pall-bearers are Overton and Ray Allbright, Morris Yowell, Ed Hartman, Cleon Callis and Herman Huxford, Sr.

The many beautiful floral offerings were carried by grand-nephews. Overton, Charles and Joe Hookey, Herman Huxford, Rufus, Cecil and Henry Allbright. Burial in the Adams cemetery.
