RITES SATURDAY FOR
MRS. SALLIE CALLIS

Mrs. Sallie Callis of Rosedale, age 84, died at 6:50 o'clock, Wednesday evening, August 28, at the Union hospital. Terre Haute.

She was a member of the Friendly Grove Baptist church, the Rosedale Shakespeare club and a past president of Parke County Federation of Clubs.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Hookey of Rosedale and Mrs. Helen Heindel of Elgin, Illinois; four sons, Marion of Rockville; Cleon and Rufus of Rosedale and robert of Bridgeton; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to Cottrell & Williams funeral home where funeral services were held at 2:00 o'clock, Saturday afternoon. Rev. Walter Booher and Rev. Ronald Newsom officiated and burial was in the Rosedale cemetery.
