The Roanoke native was a volunteer at Lutheran Pediatric Oncology, a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Fort Wayne Junior League.
Surviving are her husband, David; a daughter, Cindy Kuster of Indianapolis; a son, Jeff of Indianapolis; her mother, Hazel Simon of Roanoke; a sister, Karen Hull of St. Louis, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2417 Getz Road, with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
