Evelyn Sjolander, daughter of Frank and Ida Belle (Creech)
Whitley was born June 12, 1921 in rural Courtland, KS
and died on February 10, 2008 at the Belleville Health Care
Center in Belleville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; a brother, Bill; and daughter-in-law, Sheryl.
Survivors are sons, Charles (Bud) Sjolander and wife Jackie of Scandia and Connie Sjolander and wife Beth of Grainfield; daughter, Dorothy Sjolander and friend Mike Peters of Formoso; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-1great-grandchildren; 3 stepgrandchildren; 11 stepgreat-grandchildren; and a stepgreat-great-grandchild.

Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery, rural Scandia.
