Daughter of Walter Jeffers and Wanda Faye Day. Sandy was a very friendly person when she got to know you. She also was studying acheology and was working on her Masters Degree. Sadly, she was kidnapped and led away to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park at Look Rock point in Blount Co. were her body was discovered later. Her kidnapper was caught soon after and was charged with her murder. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a 4.0 GPA. She will be missed by all.
