Eula Mae Young was born January 23, 1930 in Berlin, Oklahoma to Martha Jane and Sidney Elbert McDaniel. She passed away July 24, 2011 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 6 months and 1 day. Eula was married to Willard Young at Cheyenne, OK on November 23, 1949. Eula was affectionately known as "Grandma" to everyone who knew her. She accepted Jesus as her Savior at an early age and was baptized at the age of 79. She grew up with 11 brothers and sisters and 5 nieces and nephews that came to live with her family. She was a member of Crawford Magnolia Baptist Church. She loved her church family. Family was very important to Eula. She loved her family and was supportive in all their activities. She logged many miles going to ballgames and livestock shows. She especially enjoyed her trips to the State Tournaments and State Livestock Shows. She had begun a new log book of watching her great grandchildren grow and participate in their activities. Eula loved to sew. She embroidered, pieced and quilted quilts of all sizes. She loved to give baby quilts to precious new babies. She patched many pairs of blue jeans for the family. Her grandsons were her biggest customers. Eula kept plenty of "Sunny D" juice, fresh fruit and cookies for great grandkids that visited often. She also made the best banana bread, cinnamon rolls and chocolate chip cookies and loved to share them. Eula became involved with special needs children after the birth of her first grandchild, by making seating and standing supports out of wood for a physical therapist in Weatherford. Eula was a 4-H leader for many years and was a member of the Thursday Bells home demonstration club of Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5 brothers, John Allen, Lee, Leonard, Ervin and Claud McDaniel, 5 sisters, Alice Frisbie, Mary Ann Bratcher, Bernice Beam, Rosa Lee McDaniel and Imogene McDaniel.
She is survived by her daughters, Rita Moler and Nyla Coogle both of Crawford, OK; 6 grandchildren, Eric Coogle, Crawford, OK, Erin Roberts and husband, Kevin Burkburnett, TX, Nathan Coogle, Crawford, OK, Kristin Robertson and husband Bryan, Kari Voboril and husband, Tim, Kacey Reno and husband Scotty, all of Crawford, OK; 7 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, Kaleb Roberts, Dacota Coogle, Kody Robertson, Bryson Robertson, Paisley Voboril, Barrett Voboril and Rylan Reno; a sister, Mamie Pendley and husband, Bob, Bradley, OK; a sister-in-law, Norma McDaniel, Bradley, OK; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Service:
Funeral services will be held 10:30 am, Thursday, July 28 at the Cheyenne First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Oklahoma.
