In 1884 she married John Phillip George and had 5 children: Mabel R, Edith, Alverta R, William Elmer, and George Raymond George. Her second marriage to Benjamin Franklin Alder in September 1909 ended in divorce in December 1919 on the grounds of her alleged 'abandonment' from the Alder family. Here she is buried with her first husband and his family.
