David's father was David Charles McKee, Sr. who was born in Ireland & married Henrietta McWillie in March of 1851, came to America & had four sons & a daughter. David, Jr. married Emeline C. Finch August 22, 1874 (near) Cambridge, Story Co., Iowa. Children were: Nettie, Lottie, Dan, Frances, & Kate. Emeline remarried after his death and had a daughter named Grace. He died from Bright's Disease and Typhoid. Emeline, Nettie & husband Clate Handley & one of their twin sons plus Dan & Nellie McKee & George & Madie McKee are all buried at the Hinton Cemetery, Caddo Co., OK. Lottie Turner is buried in Kittitas Co., WA.; Mary Frances Handley is buried in Merced Co., CA.; Kate Manley is buried in Woodson Co., KS. and Grace Fitzpatrick is buried in Oklahoma City.
