Locust Street, Masury, died of natural causes at 8 a.m.
Wednesday, July 20, 2005, in Clepper Manor, Sharon. She
was 82.
Mrs. Steh was born Oct. 16, 1922, in Farrell to George and
Helen Vilagi Palko.
She was a graduate of Farrell High School Class of 1940.
In her early days, Mrs. Steh enjoyed bowling and bingo.
A homemaker, she was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Farrell.
Her husband, Stephen N. Steh, whom she married Nov.
22, 1945, died March 12, 1986.
Surviving are: two daughters, Ilona Paladino, wife of
Frank; and Lenora James, all Brookfield; a son, Stephen
Steh, Mentor, Ohio; two sisters, Helen Tatusko, Farrell;
and Matilda Steh, Fowler, Ohio; a brother, George Palko, Brookfield; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her
father, George Palko, who died March 11, 1972; her
mother, Helen Palko, on May 15, 1971; two sisters, Clara
Puhala and Julia Ann Palko; and a brother, Edward Palko.
