Caleb Stetson b. 31 May 1726 in Scituate (Caleb Stutson, MAVR V1/348), son of William and Hannah (Lapham) Stetson.
Died: December 5, 1750, in Scituate (Scituate Recs V2/442), in his 25th yr, son of William. (Death record listed as year 1730, with a duplicate noted for 1750.) Caleb was known to be living in 1745 from note in an old account book of Matthew Stetson which reads "Paid William Stetson 16 shillings for mare and Caleb a day to furrow." So all sources point to 1750 as the year of death. South Parish Cem Recs also gives 1750 as year of death.
