BANGOR – Genevieve E. Small, 95, wife for 63 years of the late Maurice Small, died July 24, 2011 at her Bangor home, surrounded by her family after a short illness. She was born Oct. 19, 1915 in Bangor the daughter of Joseph and Manola (Fogg) Constantine. Genevieve graduated from Bangor High School Class of 1933 and worked as a floral designer, for many years, and also worked for the Bangor School System. She loved traveling and spending time in Florida. Genevieve loved her family and all of her grandchildren especially spending time with them and was known as the family historian.

She is survived by her daughter, Dianne D'Amico of Orrington; twin sons, Timothy Small and his wife Carol of Orrington, Thomas Small and his wife Nancy of Bangor; her brother, Walter Constantine of Bangor; five granddaughters, Karen Montano, Kimberly St. John, Erin Rumsey, Heather Austin, Amy Plummer; nine great grandchildren, Ashley Montano, Brian Montano, Lauren Phillips; Genevieve and Roisin Rumsey, Emma and Abigail Austin, Amber and Dalton Plummer; three great great grandchildren, Kate, Briann a and Samantha Montano.
Private graveside services will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Bangor. (Bangor Daily News posted 7/26/2011)
