Lewis Calvin Tandy was born in Iowa January 17,1880 and died April 27, 1920, aged 40 years 3 months and 10 days. He is survived by his mother and three brothers, Frank, James and Earl, all of Fandon ; 5 sisters Annie Rippetoe, Clayton; Lizzie Steele, Macomb; Maud Coghill, Colchester; Ida Sullivan, Macomb and Anna Featherlin of near Fandon. Funeral services were held at the Christian Church at Fandon at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 1, Rev. F.M. Branic of Macomb officiating after which the body was laid to rest in the Gibson Cemetery.

The funeral services over the remains of the late Lewis Calvin Tandy, who died at Bartonville April 27, were held at Fandon Saturday morning at 11 o'clock conducted by Rev. F.M. Branic, interment in the Gibson Cemetery. His age was 40 years 3 months 12 days. His ailment was epilepsy from which he had had been a sufferer for some years. He is survived by his mother, three brothers, Frank, James and Earl, all of Fandon, and five sisters, Mrs. Anna Rippetoe of Clayton, Mrs. Lizzie Steele of Macomb, Mrs. Maud Coghill of near Colchester and Mrs. Una Featherlin of Fandon.

Lewis died on April 27, 1920.

He was 40 years 3 months 12 days old when he passed away.

He was survived by his Mother, 3 Brothers & 5 Sisters :
