Dustin "Dusty" Dale Horton, 62, of Inman, South Carolina, passed away, Thursday, May 15, 2008 at his home.
Mr. Horton was born in Inman, South Carolina, on September 22, 1945, the son of the late LeRoy and Donalie (Hudgins) Horton.
He was employed as a homebuilder and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include one daughter, Cathy Douglas; one son, Dale Horton; a step-son, Ryan Dumars; two step-daughters, Margeaux Dumars and Nichole Speaks; two brothers, Ronald Horton and Eugene Howell; one sister, Jean Edwards; step-mother, Azalee Howell, and a longtime loving companion, Judy Dumars. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Luke Douglas, Griffin Douglas, Nathaniel Horton, Jadyn Horton, Nicholas Speaks, Katie Speaks and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Reginald Horton.
Graveside services were held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Donnan Lawson officiating. The family received friends following the service at the graveside.
