Obituary: "He was a native of Tennessee and moved to Etowah Co. about 1910. He was survived by his daughter Margaret Bryant; sons, Henry, Fred, Walter all of Etowah Co., Sgt. Carl Hutchins, Camp Hill, GA; sisters and brother, Mrs. Betty Compton, Mrs. Mag Taylor, Mrs. Jennie Compton and Tom Hutchins of Murfreesboro, TN. Funeral at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church and burial in adjoining cemetery."
Albert, born about 1878, was a son of John W. and Lucy M. Daniel Hutchins of Rutherford Co., TN.
Albert and his family lived on Fowler's Ferry Road not far from Pilgrims Rest Road in an old house once occupied by Mrs. Bessie Graham.
Albert has no tombstone, but a handmade marker has been placed on the hill near the tombstone of his son, Fred Hutchins.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2014: Pilgrims Rest Cemetery placed two "Unmarked Graves" monuments inscribed with names of persons buried somewhere within this cemetery without markers. The monuments are near the flag pole in the middle of the old hill. Handmade blocks will be removed since this inscribed monument has been placed in the cemetery.
