Mrs. Dana Wilson of Silsbee died Monday evening at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Russell Williams in Murchison, Texas, where she had been visiting the past two weeks. She was sixty-eight.
Mrs. Wilson, who lived about two miles North of Silsbee, took great pride in her vegetable gardens and often left generous amounts of freshly grown products for friends to enjoy.
She had made her home in Silsbee for the past ten years, moving here from Nederland.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Leagueville Baptist church, with burial in the Black Jack cemetery near Athens.
Survivors include five other daughters: Mrs. E.H. Bailey of Wichita Falls, Mrs. Carl Endel and Mrs. Jane Till, both of Dallas, Mrs. Aubrey Chapman and Mrs. John Harper, both of Texas City; one son, Arthur C. Caddell of Silsbee.
