After his years of schooling, Price got a job as train engineer on the Pacific Railroad that went through nearby Montpelier, Idaho. He worked that job all his life.
On Nov. 30, 1932 Price married Eliza Barta Geddes in the Logan Temple. His wife also went by her middle name, Barta. They moved into the Arthur Taylor home with Price's father and cared for him.
Price and Barta had five children:
Lois Marie (Sept. 8, 1934) married Clyde Odell Rigby Sept. 4, 1953.
Barbara (Sept. 17, 1939) married Wilbur Figgins June 1973.
Carl Geddes (Jan 11, 1944)
Joann (Mar. 26, 1945) married Bruce C. Starr abt. 1965.
Margie (Apr. 9, 1953) married Gerald Floyd June 20, 1974.
Although his job as a train conductor kept him away a lot of the time, he was a good father and husband and enjoyed his family. He provided well for them and was kind and patient.
