Funeral service for James R. Chiari Sr., 68, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, 2010 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel with interment in Bush River Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Chiari was born May 29, 1942, in Bridgeton, and passed away on Monday, Nov. 1. He was a son of Mamie L. Chiari of Bridgeton and the late Modesta Chiari. He loved the Philadelphia Eagles and all Phillies sports.
Mr. Chiari is survived by his mother; wife, Lagretta Gregg Chiari of Lexington; son, James Ronald Chiari Jr. of Lexington; brother, Donnie Chiari, and sister, Brenda Chiari, both of Bridgeton. He was predeceased by his father.
