Mrs. E C Bolton nee Miss Ellen Maria Blodgett, died January 6th, 1909 at the home of her sister, Mrs. Aaron Snow,in the town of Trimbelle, at the age of 55 years 7 months, 7 days. The cause of death was heart trouble. Mr.Bolton died at their home in El Paso in 1903. The deceased leaves six children, three sons and three daughters. The funeral was held last Saturday at the Prebyterian church in Trimbelle village, the Reverend Mr.Ford of Ellsworth conducting the last rites. Interment was made in the Trimbelle cemetery.

Is now laid away to rest;
Her soul took a flight to Heaven
Where it ever will be blessed.
Her children were kind and thoughtful,
And they did the best they could;
Not to them we give the sympathy;
They were ever kind and good.
For long years they toiled in earnest,
And shared one another's gain;
They shared in each other's troubles,
And were ne'er heard to complain."
