Funeral services were held at Janesville, Friday morning, for James F. Cahill, 83, who died at Waseca. He was born at Janesville Aug. 7, 1869. His wife, the former Catherine McHugo who he married in 1913 passed away in 1941. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. James Norton of Waseca, Mrs. Arthur Jewison of Janesville, and two brothers, William and John of Janesville. Two brothers, Walter and Thomas, and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Nellie) Eustice and Mrs. Jerry (Mary Ann) McCarthy preceded him in death. For the past two years he had made his home with Mrs. and Mrs. Walter Conway. He suffered a broken hip a few days before his death. Sept. 5, 1952
