Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion. Burial will be in Friendsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Buchanan was born Sept. 15, 1920, in Mt. Carmel, the daughter of Newton and Kallie (Fearheiley) Buchanan.
She took in laundry and was in the house keeping business. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Albion.
She is survived by a niece, Joan Knowles, of West Salem; three nephews; Bruce Knowles Jr., and Lonnie and Bobby Knowles; and seven great-nieces and two great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, George and Clarence, and two sisters, Vida and Irene Buchanan.
