Opal Irene, age 75, of Edmond, passed away June 10, 1989 at her home. She was born July 30, 1913 at Driftwood, Ok. She was formerly co-owner of Dooley Cafe in Stillwater along with her late husband, Harrison Dooley, whom she married in Dec. 1929 at Alva, Ok. He preceded her on July 2, 1969. She had been an Edmond resident for the past 21 years and a member of the College Church of Christ. She is survived by 4 sons, Terry Dooley of Piedmont, Ok., Rex Dooley of Longview, Tx., Aubrey Dooley of Bloomington, In. and Harrison Dooley of Corvallis, Or.; a brother, Don Andrews of Riverside, Ca.; 5 sisters, Fern Arnell, Georgie Jones and Alice Andrews, all of Wichita, Ks., Idella Wallace of Redlands, Ca. and Virginia Kilmer of Alva, Ok.; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10am Wednesday, at the College Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Okla. Christian College.
